Schedule your Install

Click on the Schedule Now menu item and you will be taken to our convenient scheduling system.  Select the category and then the items you wish to have installed.  Some things have an option for more than one quantity and some items will have an option, such as solar power chargers for Ring cameras. Once you select all the items, you will then be shown available times for scheduling.  Choose a convenient time, then continue the checkout process by completing your information, then paying with your debit or credit card through our Paypal Payment System (you do not need a Paypal account). Your booking will be confirmed and you will get a confirmation email, with links to cancel or reschedule if necessary, and an email receipt from Paypal. You’re all set.

Installation Day

You will receive an email and text reminder prior to your appointment.  A professional technician with an App Your Home badge will arrive at your home.  They will review your order and go over the installation process. Once the product(s) are installed, they will download and setup the app on one smartphone or device of your choosing, and give instructions for setting up on other devices. They will thoroughly test everything and train you on using the app. You will then sign that your installation is complete.  You will be sent a thank you email with links to a custom support page that will provide you with information and contacts on product warranties and how to guides.  We offer a 30 day product warranty on the installation labor. Warranties on each product are different, but typically include a standard one year warranty.
